Hello! My name's Ian and I'm a baker, teacher, and computer programmer living in Fredericksburg Virginia.

I have always loved baking, but got a bit more serious about it during the pandemic. Pies especially are my favorite thing to bake (and eat). There's nothing like a flaky pie crust combined with a delicious filling. They're also so versatile, from sweet to savory, fruity to nutty, chocolatey to tart.

I found that there weren't really places to buy great pies around here and so, with some encouragement from friends and family, decided to start Otterly Delicious in 2026. We sell pies and other treats online here, and soon in the Fredericksburg Farmer's Market.
